The learning agreement is the single-most important document for an exchange program. We encourage you to go through it carefully.
ABOUT THE STUDY PLAN
Applicants whose universities have an Erasmus+ agreement with ESIGELEC must provide the Study Plan at the time of applying but must also provide the EWP digital learning agreement once their universities make it available to them.
Apart from the learning agreement, you will also need a few other application documents, which ESIGELEC will accept in English or French only. If your documents are in another language, please provide the original, along with a translation in French or in English. The documents you will need are:
- An ID document (passport or EU identity document for applicants from the EU)
- Updated CV
- Statement of purpose
- Academic transcripts
- Nomination from your institution
- Language proficiency: minimum B1 level in the common European framework of reference for languages, if you do not have an official test score, you can ask your university to issue a certificate stating that you have the requisite level.
